Nueva seeks a self-starter that will act as our administrative assistant at one of our two entrances at our upper school campus located in San Mateo (Bay Meadows area). You will be responsible for interacting with and supporting all stakeholders, planning and executing annual student and faculty trips, comfortably communicating with visitors and vendors, and flawlessly handling time-sensitive and/or confidential details, questions and problems.
The ideal candidate will have experience working in a fast-paced environment, and is comfortable with some level of ambiguity and solving problems in collaboration with others.
This is a 10-month or 12-month role, and the hours are from 9:30am - 6:00pm.
